Established under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Venkat Challa, Aliens has led to creation of various landmark projects. Mr. Venkat Challa, armed with an M.B.A, has exceptional interpersonal and managerial skills was at the helm of every project, no stone is left un-turned in detailing out every aspect of it. As an Executive Director at The Aliens Group, Naveen is involved in strategic planning and business development to further the interests of the organisation and ensure excellence in all its projects.
Riding on the housing and infrastructure boom, his foresight laid the foundation of Aliens Group, a dynamic real estate and construction company, headquartered in Hyderabad, India with over 500 employees and over 55lac sq ft of area under construction. Since its inception in 2003, the Group has come a long way in redefining the cityscape of Hyderabad through residential townships, commercial complexes, retail malls, hotels and SEZs.
An avid Aviator, Naveen earned his flying spurs at Admore Flying School, Auckland, NZ. He joined Jet Airways in 2004 and currently flies the Boeing 777s.
